Dr. Kaylee Schmidt

Dr. Schmidt is from the Lafayette area and received her DVM from the University of Illinois in 2021. She joined the Creekside family in August of 2022. Her special interests include preventative medicine, ophthalmology, and oncology. Dr. Schmidt loves her job because she gets to help improve the quality of life of pets and their owners! In her free time, she enjoys going to the movie theatre, PC gaming, and reading fiction novels. She also enjoys spending time with her family and many pets – including dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. It's her goal to visit all 50 states one day – she’s been to 13 thus far!
