Closure Announcement

We would like to inform you about some important changes taking place at Creekside Animal Hospital and Wellness Center. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to consolidate our practices and close our Wellness Center on Schuyler Avenue. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to assure you that it was made with the best interest of your pets in mind. We understand that this change may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that our commitment to the health and well-being of your pets remains unwavering. 


We are dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible for you and your pets. We will be closed at the Wellness Center every Saturday in August and September. Our last day of operation in Lafayette is planned to be Friday, September 27, 2024. If you have an appointment scheduled with us at our Wellness Center after that date, we will be reaching out to reschedule your appointment if we have not done so already. 


We want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and loyalty. It has been our privilege to serve you and your pets at our Wellness Center for the last 42 years, and we are committed to continuing to provide exceptional care at our West Lafayette location.
